1. Do you think it is important to live a long life? Why or why not?
Yes, I think living a long life is important because people can enjoy more time with their families and
experience more things in life. However, I also believe that it is not only about the number of years but also
about having a healthy and happy life.
2. What kinds of food do you usually eat to stay healthy?
I usually eat vegetables, fruits, rice, and fish. I try to avoid too much fast food and soft drinks. Eating fresh and
simple food makes me feel better and gives me more energy during the day.
3. Do you think people today are healthier than in the past?
I think people today have more knowledge about health, like exercise and nutrition, but at the same time, many
people eat junk food and spend too much time sitting. So in some ways, they are healthier, but in other ways,
maybe less healthy than before.

I think both are important. If you are healthy but not happy, life can feel boring. On the other hand, if you are
happy but always sick, you cannot enjoy life. So for me, happiness and health should go together for a long life.
