various forms and can occur unexpectedly. Let's take a look at some examples of natural
disasters in two Asian countries: Japan and Viet Nam.
In Japan, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions are common natural disasters. Japan
is located on the Pacific Ring of Fire, where there are a lot of earthquakes. Earthquakes
can damage buildings and cause tsunamis, while volcanic eruptions release hot lava, ash,
and gases.
In Viet Nam, typhoons and floods occur frequently. Typhoons are powerful
tropical storms with strong winds and heavy
rainfall, causing a lot of damage. Flooding can occur when there's too much rain or rivers
overflow, posing risks to homes, crops, and infrastructure.
Natural disasters can be very harmful to communities. It's important to be
prepared and follow instructions from local authorities during such events. Thank you for

According to a recent discovery, there are two nearby “worlds” that might be
habitable. Scientists are currently debating whether planets around small and cool stars,
called red-dwarf stars, can support life. These stars live much longer than our Sun, but
they often have flares in their early years. These flares could remove the atmosphere
from planets that are too close to the stars. Two planets, called B and C, are close to a
red-dwarf star called GJ 1002. Planet B is a bit bigger than Earth and orbits the star in 10
days, while planet C, also bigger than Earth, orbits the star in 20 days. Despite some
challenges, GJ 1002 seems stable now, and the flares in its early years might create
useful molecules on the planets that could help life forms grow later.

My village often experiences natural disasters like typhoons, floods, and
landslides that cause a lot of damage and can hurt people. Despite this, the people who
live there are strong and determined to fix their homes and towns. Last night, a very
strong typhoon hit my village and caused a lot of damage. Many homes and buildings
were destroyed, and people had to leave their homes because they were not safe.
Emergency workers and volunteers are working hard to help people who were hurt or
trapped, and the government is sending supplies like food and medicine to help. There
are warnings that there could be more floods in the next few days, which could make
