Hiện tại đơn thêm s/es sau he, she, it, danh từ số ít , Phuc., còn lại giữ nguyên
Miêu tả ngoại hình dùng have/has, miêu tả tính cách dùng tobe(am, is, are)
Thêm es : ông cháu sữa xe sh giỗm( o, ch, s, x, SH, z)
Đọc đuôi s.es: / s/: (p, t, k, f (gh), th (Phở, tái, không, phải thèm)
/iz/: Ch, s, ce, x, sh, z, ge( chú, sửa, xe, SH, zom =, ghê.
So sánh hơn trong câu có than, tính từ ngắn thêm đuôi -er, tính từ dài thêm more
So sánh nhất trong câu có the, tính từ ngắn thêm đuôi-est, tính từ dài thêm most.
Must: phải, mustn’t : không được
Should: nên, shouldn’t: không nên
Hỏi đường: Can you tell me the way to the….? Yes, sure
Yêu cầu: Can you……..please. Yes, sure
Đề nghị/ mời: would you like to…..? Yes, I’d love to/ Oh, sorry, I can’t
